Maguette Ndiaye E. conceptualized theBRIDGE when she was a young adult living in Harlem, NY. Growing up in Little Senegal, she was reminded of her culture on a regular basis. She indulged in delicious African cuisine, celebrated her rich Senegalese and Guinean traditions, and spoke her mother tongue on a regular basis. Her American friend
Maguette Ndiaye E. conceptualized theBRIDGE when she was a young adult living in Harlem, NY. Growing up in Little Senegal, she was reminded of her culture on a regular basis. She indulged in delicious African cuisine, celebrated her rich Senegalese and Guinean traditions, and spoke her mother tongue on a regular basis. Her American friends frequently questioned her about her African heritage, wanting to get a better understanding of where she came from. Some even requested she personally take them to Africa one day. Thus, the seed for theBRIDGE was formed.
theBRIDGEtoC, LLC was formed in 2023 with the goal of introducing as many African-Americans to Africa as possible. theBRIDGE aims to meet these goals by curating group trips to various African countries; by sharing African stories and perspectives using various mediums; by providing access of finely crafted artisanal goods and art to our clients in America; and, by sharing some of the indigenous and ancient knowledge housed by the thousands of tribes across the African continent.

We have a deep knowledge of destinations around the African continent and we're always on the lookout for new and exciting travel opportunities.
At present, our focus is on group tours as they allow people to meet and bond while sharing the unique experiences planned by theBRIDGE. We work closely with our clients to create personalized travel experiences that cater to their unique needs and interests. We handle all the details so our clients can relax and enjoy their travels.
